Cancellation policy

This Cancellation Policy governs subscription cancellations processed through the Qathiya Professional Billing Portal located at myqathiya.com.

The billing portal is used exclusively for managing subscription payments related to professional directory listings within the Qathiya legal directory platform available at qathiya.com.


1. Subscription Cancellation

Directory subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the Qathiya Professional Billing Portal.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future automatic renewals but does not retroactively cancel an active subscription period.

Access to the directory listing associated with the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.


2. Automatic Renewal

Directory subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

If a subscription is cancelled before renewal, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew for the following cycle.


3. Effect of Cancellation

When a subscription is cancelled:

• the subscription will remain active until the end of the paid billing period
• no future renewal payments will be processed
• directory listing status may change after the subscription period ends

Listings may become inactive or unpublished once the subscription period expires.


4. Verification Requirement

All directory listings remain subject to professional verification and administrative approval by Qathiya.

Cancellation of a subscription does not affect the verification status of a listing that has already been approved and published during the active subscription period.


5. Refunds

Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically result in a refund.

Refund eligibility is governed by the Qathiya Refund Policy.


6. Administrative Removal

Qathiya reserves the right to suspend or remove directory listings that:

• fail professional verification requirements
• contain inaccurate or misleading professional information
• violate the platform’s terms or policies

Such actions may occur regardless of subscription status.
